Celebrating 22 years of the original charity cycling challenge

Since its beginning in 1986, over £1,000,000 has been raised and over 500 charities and deserving causes have benefited from the fund raising efforts of over 2,000 riders from 14 different countries.

Some examples of charities which have benefited:

Cancer Research UK - Over the years we have raised more than £50,000 for Cancer Research.

S I D - The original Paris To Hayling charity, which has received over £7,000 since 1986.

The Rowans - The Paris to Hayling has supported this local hospice since its beginning and raised more than £30,000.

RNLI - Another regular beneficiary, having received over £7,000

AGE CONCERN - Over £5,000 has been donated to our local branch over the years

The Lady Taverners - One of our newer riders, Sheila Penfold, has ridden for them on the last two rides, raising over £1,200.

3rd Hayling Scouts - We have raised over £3,000 for the Scouts as well as funds for local Guides groups.
